溪降是綜合式的戶外運動，包含了不同的運動元素，例如沿繩下降、飛索、上攀、下攀、游泳、天然滑梯與跳潭等。
參加者在教練的指導下，可以安全地體驗當中的樂趣。

– Activity location: Tai Tau Chau, Shek O – Meeting location: Shek O Lovers Bridge (the exact location will be announced later)
