延期及退款安排 Extension and Refund Arrangements

當參加者成功付款後不接受任何以私人理由而要求延期或退款，包身體不適或受傷。

如需要因任何私人理由更改活動日期或時間需支付$100元/位行政費，並需要於活動前48小時通知。

No extension or refund for personal reasons, including physical discomfort or injury, will be accepted after the participant has successfully paid.

$100 administration fee will be charged for any personal reasons to change the date or time of the activity, , and requires 48 hours notice before the activity.

天氣安排

  • 當天文台懸掛黃色暴雨警告或以上、3號或以上風球，或政府公布極端情況生效 ，活動將會安排延期(但不設退款)，以活動前兩小時通知為準 ，Wild Adventure World 保留最終決定權。

  • 如活動當日天氣欠佳但未有以上惡劣天氣警報(例如天雨、雷暴等)，教練及主辦單位會視乎活動當區的受影響程度判斷活動是否可以繼續進行，以活動前兩小時通知為準，如教練判斷不適宜繼續進行活動，活動將會安排延期(但不設退款)。如參加者因主觀因素自行放棄活動，將不設延期及退款。

  • 若活動進行期間以上警報生效或天氣情況不能安全地進行活動，將會立即到安全地方暫避及終結活動，將會視乎情況再安排補辦或有機會不設退款及補辦。

Weather Arrangement

  • When the Amber Rainstorm Warning or above, Typhoon Signal No. 3 or above is hoisted by the Observatory, or the government announces that extreme weather conditions are in effect, the event will be postponed (but no refund will be provided) and participants will be notified two hours before the activity.

  • If the weather on the day of the event is not good but there are no severe weather warnings (such as rain, thunderstorms, etc.), the coach and the organizer will judge whether the event can continue depending on the degree of impact in the area of the event. Two hours before the event is the most important If the coach judges that it is not suitable to continue the activity, the activity will be postponed (but no refund will be provided). If the participants give up the activity due to subjective factors, there will be no extension and refund.

  •  If the above warning is in effect during the activity or the weather conditions make it impossible for the activity to be carried out safely, the activity will be temporarily evacuated or terminated in a safe place, and will be re-arranged depending on the situation or there is a chance that no refund or re-run will be provided.

關於成團安排，我們將會於活動4天前通知參加者活動是否成團，若因人數不足未能成團將可提供改期選擇，但不設退款。

Regarding the group arrangement, we will notify the participants 4 days before the event whether the event will be organized. If the group cannot be formed due to insufficient number of people, we will provide rescheduling options, but no refund will be provided.
