Postponement and refund arrangements

The company will not accept any personal reasons for requesting extensions and refunds after the participants have successfully paid, including illness or injury.

Regarding weather arrangements, when a red rainstorm warning or above, typhoon signal No. 3 or above is hoisted at the Observatory, or the government announces that extreme conditions take effect, the event will be postponed and participants will be notified as of 8 am. If the coach thinks that the weather is not suitable for the activity, the participants will be notified as soon as possible, and an extension will be arranged, but no refund will be provided.

If the above alarms are in effect during the event or the weather conditions cannot be carried out safely, the event will be temporarily avoided and terminated in a safe place immediately, but no refunds or replacements will be arranged.

In addition, regarding the epidemic arrangement, if the event cannot be held as scheduled due to the government's restriction order or related regulations, participants can participate in the same value event within 12 months, but there is no refund.

Regarding the group arrangement, we will inform the participants whether the event is a group one week before the event. If the group cannot be formed due to insufficient number of people, an extension will be provided, but no refund will be provided.
