Wild Adventure World Limted ensures that the procedures for collecting, using, storing, transferring and accessing personal data under any circumstances under its services comply with the requirements of Hong Kong's "Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance". The purpose of this statement is to explain Wild Adventure World's policies and principles for the collection of personal information.

Event participants/service users: name, phone number, mobile phone number, address, email address, date of birth, ID number

The transmission of all service information of Wild Adventure World and related units will be carried out in accordance with the requirements of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance and with the consent of the data subject.

Keep data

Keep your personal data only during the period when it is necessary to achieve the prescribed purpose for collecting your personal data. If the personal data held are no longer used for the purposes listed at the time of data collection, the relevant data will be destroyed within a reasonable time.

Disclosure of personal information

Wild Adventure World will not rent, sell, transfer or disclose the personal data held by Wild Adventure World to others or non-YAF related entities, unless:

i. The counterparty is a person, agency, contractor or service provider who provides administrative, telecommunications, computer or any other services to Explorer Hong Kong in business;

ii. The service requested by you is provided by the relevant person/company;

iii. The consent of the data subject has been obtained in advance;

iv. Investigate, prevent and take action on illegal activities, suspected fraud, incidents involving or threatening the personal safety of any person;

v. Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, legal procedures, legally effective government requirements, administrative systems or regulatory requirements.

We take appropriate measures to protect the personal data we hold from loss, unauthorized collection, use, modification, transfer, access and disclosure.

Registered users of our web pages are responsible for ensuring the confidentiality and security of account numbers and passwords. The user shall be fully responsible for all actions performed using the relevant account and password.
