Briefing on:
How to wear equipment properly
Techniques on abseiling and demonstration
Techniques on rock climbing and demonstration
Techniques on zip lining and demonstration
09:45/14:15 開始活動 (飛索、攀岩、沿繩下降) Participants to experience all 3 activities
12:45/17:15 裝備收拾及個人物品整理 Wrap up by packing up equipment and organize personal belongings
13:00/17:30 解散 Dismiss
